When Refunds Apply
- Creator cancels the booking before work begins — full refund
- Creator fails to deliver agreed work within the deadline — full or partial refund
- Client cancels before creator accepts — full refund
- Client cancels after creator accepts — partial refund (see table below)
- Platform error causing double charge — full refund of duplicate
Refund Schedule

| After acceptance, 3-7 days before event | 50% refund |
| After acceptance, less than 3 days | No refund |

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 2-3 days.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your booking ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review and process within 48 hours
Non-Refundable Items
- Platform subscription fees (creator subscriptions)
- Completed bookings where work was delivered as agreed
- Bookings cancelled less than 3 days before the event
