1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BookMyShot ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BookMyShot provides a marketplace connecting creators (photographers, influencers, artists, etc.) with clients seeking creative services. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Providing false information may result in account termination.

4. Bookings

• Bookings are agreements between clients and creators facilitated by BookMyShot.
• Once a creator accepts a booking, both parties are expected to fulfil their commitments.
• BookMyShot is not liable for the quality of work delivered by creators.

5. Payments & Fees

• Platform commission is charged on each booking as displayed during checkout.
• Commission rates are set by the platform and may change with notice.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy page. Both clients and creators should review these before booking.

7. Creator Obligations

• Creators must deliver work as agreed in the booking terms.
• Creators must maintain accurate portfolio and availability information.
• Creators must not engage in fraudulent or misleading behaviour.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Circumventing platform payments or commission
• Harassment, spam, or abusive behaviour
• Sharing false reviews or ratings
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed with the client. BookMyShot retains rights to platform content, branding, and user interface.

10. Limitation of Liability

BookMyShot acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for disputes between creators and clients, work quality, or event outcomes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
